Fork It Over
November 7, 2007 Doors open at 5:30 pm Courtyard by Marriott, Marlborough ![]() Fork It Over was a huge success, bringing together thirteen of the region's top chefs and technical schools to support Girl Scouts! Each chef, or team of chefs, prepared a DELICIOUS treat using one of the eight varieties of GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. From Thin Mint Bacon Truffles to Peppered Goat Cheese Canapés with Smoked Duck, these delicacies tempted even the most discriminating palate. In addition to the unique appetizers and desserts, guests at the 2007 Fork It Over event bid heatedly in a silent auction featuring nearly 100 items and enjoyed listening to the musical stylings of the Allan Kurlan Trio. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event the best ever.
